Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your Sloane Nº9 piece. If it's not right, you may return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Email hello@sloaneno9.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a returns confirmation and address.
- Pack the item securely with proof of purchase and send it back to us.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items marked as final sale. Fur-trimmed pieces must be returned with the fur collar/trim undamaged and attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
